Bittoni Architects is seeking a thoughtful, design driven
Junior Architectural / Project Designer
to join a small, principal led studio focused on clarity, rigor, and strong architectural communication. This role is well suited for someone
1 to 3 years out of school
who is interested in how architectural ideas are developed, presented, and tested both publicly and privately. The position offers exposure to a
unique mix of large public facing work and high quality single family residential projects , with meaningful responsibility and close mentorship. We value clear expectations, thoughtful pacing, and sustainable workloads, and we aim to create an environment where strong work can develop without burnout.
What you will do
Assemble project presentation decks for public meetings, reviews, and client presentations
Develop clear, compelling diagrams and graphics including planning, massing, zoning, and design intent
Support community outreach and public presentation efforts
Coordinate and package materials for planning departments, advisory boards, and stakeholder meetings
Generate and manage visual content, including renderings and Enscape visuals
Help coordinate externally produced renderings and presentation materials
Support architectural documentation and consultant coordination as needed
Work closely with the principal to shape project narratives and presentation clarity
Who you are
1 to 3 years of professional architectural or design experience
Strong graphic, layout, and visual communication skills
Comfortable producing polished presentation materials under direction
Experience with Enscape is a plus
ArchiCAD experience is helpful but not required
Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Comfortable working in a small studio where roles are flexible and evolving
Curious, self motivated, and intentional about your work
Los Angeles based or able to be in the office regularly, with some flexibility depending on project needs
