We are now looking for a talented Residential Property Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Residential Portfolio, the incumbent will be the person-in-charge in the overall day-to-day operation and management of our luxury residential property – OPUS or WHITESANDS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a leader in the overall day-to-day operation and management of our luxury residential property
Be responsible for providing professional customer services of the highest quality to the residents, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, PMSO, BMO, DMC and house rules
Monitoring performance of the on-site team, contractors and consultants, liaising with members of the Owners' Committee
Controlling maintenance works and budgets
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary education in housing management, property management, surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management of luxury residential developments with at least 3 years at supervisory level
A holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence and valid security permit is required
Sound knowledge of building operations and estate management
Excellent communication and supervisory skills; ability to work with people at all levels
Highly proactive and customer-oriented with positive mindset
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Residential Property Officer
