Summary Connect Search is hiring a Pricing Analyst in Franksville. The position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 1 day per week.
Responsibilities
Support analysis of pricing, cost, and profitability trends across products, customers, and channels.
Assist with maintaining pricing frameworks, discount guidelines, and customer-level pricing details.
Contribute to basic volume and margin assessments under guidance from senior team members.
Help identify inconsistencies impacting overall profitability.
Provide support for customer pricing requests, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Review pricing inputs to ensure alignment with underlying cost and operational assumptions.
Assist with evaluating different pricing scenarios related to new opportunities and renewals.
Help ensure approvals and documentation align with internal guidelines.
Prepare routine reports related to pricing performance and margin outcomes.
Maintain internal tracking tools and reports to support data accuracy and visibility.
Assist with ad-hoc analysis to support business and commercial decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and clarify pricing-related inputs.
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to better understand cost drivers.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal audiences.
Support upkeep of pricing and customer data within internal systems.
Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of pricing-related processes.
Participate in system updates, testing, and reporting enhancements as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in finance, pricing, data analysis, or related internships.
Basic understanding of cost structures, margins, and financial statements.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
