Director of Laboratory
to lead laboratory operations in a hospital or reference lab environment. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and brings strong clinical insight, operational excellence, and decisive judgment.
What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee all laboratory operations Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory standards are met Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement Manage, mentor, and develop laboratory staff Make sound decisions in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent BA/BS in Medical Technology or a scientific discipline Hospital or reference laboratory experience preferred Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
Preferred: MBA or MA/MS in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
