What You’ll Do: Provide direct patient care through comprehensive audiological evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning in a brand new audiology clinic Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices, ensuring strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction Serve as the clinical and operational lead for audiology services, balancing hands-on care with practice growth and development Lead the expansion of audiology services, including patient access, referral development, and service line growth Establish and refine clinical workflows, standards, and best practices to support a high-quality, scalable outpatient practice Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams across Andwell’s medical group and community-based services Mentor and support audiology staff and learners through clinical guidance, coaching, and role modeling Monitor clinical quality, patient experience, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth Ensure audiology equipment, technology, and related software are current, compliant, and fully operational Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen the practice’s presence in the community

What You’ll Bring: Doctorate in Audiology (Au. D.) Current Audiology License in the State of Maine Minimum of two (2) years of experience running or co-managing a private audiology practice

or

five (5) years of progressive clinical audiology experience Demonstrated interest or experience in practice growth, program development, and service expansion Strong clinical judgment with the ability to balance patient care, leadership, and business-minded decision-making Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
