Apparel Graphics Designer

plays a crucial role in bringing Under Armour's exciting brand stories to life through visuals in our Train and Golf categories. Collaborating closely with Design leadership, you will transform creative concepts into impactful graphics that enhance performance and style, guiding projects from initial ideas to final execution, including technical packs and production readiness. Your Impact Collaborate with Design leadership and cross-functional colleagues to create graphics and trims that reflect the Under Armour spirit across Train and Golf categories. Collect inspiration, develop, and present engaging graphic concepts that resonate with our athletic audience and align with each category's style. Exhibit creativity while maintaining precision, demonstrating adaptability and strong organization to manage various projects and deadlines effectively. Create and maintain detailed tech packs to ensure graphics are production-ready and on schedule with seasonal timelines. Support the broader Apparel Graphics team when required, contributing to the overall visual identity of our brand. Stay updated on emerging design trends, sports, and lifestyle influences that shape the Train and Golf consumer markets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Apparel Design with typically 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of experience without a degree. 2+ years of design experience, ideally focused on apparel or performance product design. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop). Strong aptitude for typography, layout, and apparel graphic application, with the ability to convey ideas through sketching. Understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing techniques, along with basic knowledge of screen printing and trim design. Exceptional attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative setting. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 4 days in the office each week. Relocation Relocation assistance may be provided up to a specified amount. Base Compensation $59,523.63 - $81,844.99 USD. Most new hires fall within this range with opportunities for future earning potential depending on relevant skills and experience.
