Role Overview
As a Youth Footwear Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Under Armour's Youth product line. Your focus will be on footwear design while also participating in various brand initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing legacy in apparel and sports.
Your Impact
Design and manage multiple product platforms that meet product and merchandising briefs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create signature collections and special editions.
Develop detailed sketches, technical packages, and bill of materials to ensure high-quality designs.
Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management, influencing key product decisions.
Lead the presentation of category content, including mood boards and merchandising pages.
Present your work to leadership and cross-functional partners during key meetings.
Oversee design updates, including sketches and tech packs.
Guide team members by mentoring and coaching junior designers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
A genuine passion for designing innovative and compelling products.
Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
Ability to articulate ideas through sketching effectively.
Skilled in presentations and teamwork.
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Hybrid schedule requiring 3 in-office days per week until September 5, 2025, increasing to 4 days thereafter. Travel:
Occasional domestic and international travel required. Relocation Benefits Relocation support may be offered up to a specified limit. Compensation The base salary ranges from $82,170.40 to $112,984.30 USD, with the potential for growth based on experience.
