Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$75,000 base salary, plus bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off A family-oriented culture that supports flexibility and balance Why This Role Is Special You'll work with long-standing clients who value relationships over transactions Leadership is accessible, supportive, and invested in your success Workload is manageable, expectations are realistic, and overtime is not the norm This is a stable agency with low turnover and a reputation for doing things the right way What You'll Be Doing Manage a book of personal lines accounts from quote through renewal Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person conversations Help clients understand coverages and make informed decisions-without pressure Prepare quotes for new and renewal business Process endorsements, policy changes, billing questions, and cancellations Collaborate closely with producers and teammates in a supportive environment Keep accurate records and follow established workflows to ensure consistency What We're Looking For Active Massachusetts P&C license 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Experience with QQCatalyst is a plus (not required) Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, but not required
