Role Overview
The Junior Graphic Designer - Sports Apparel will be key in transforming Under Armour's stories into striking visual designs for our products. You will work closely with Design leadership to drive projects from concept through to execution, particularly within the Sportswear segment.
Your Contribution
Collaborate effectively with the design team and leadership to create engaging apparel graphics, tees, and trims that reflect Under Armour’s brand essence.
Prepare and present innovative design concepts with confidence.
Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
Develop and maintain accurate tech packs.
Offer design support to the wider team as required beyond your main projects.
Keep up-to-date with graphic design trends, apparel styles, and sports culture.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should be equipped with the following:
Detail-oriented with experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
A strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles in apparel.
Excellent presentation skills and confidence in group discussions.
A true passion for apparel design.
Bachelor's degree or BFA in Graphic or Industrial Design.
2-5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Fundamental knowledge of screen printing, trim design, and apparel construction.
Workplace Location
This position is located in New York, NY, and candidates must reside within commuting distance.
The role follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in the office each week.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $74,404.54 - $93,005.67 USD. New hires will typically start within this range, with potential for salary growth over time. Initial salary placement will be based on experience and relevant skillsets. Under Armour is committed to supporting your career development, and base salary is just one part of a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
