Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Innovation The Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy and Innovation is a pivotal leader who enhances the global talent acquisition capability and innovation landscape. This role ensures that both recruiters and hiring managers are empowered with the essential tools, skills, and resources needed to provide an outstanding, technology-enabled hiring experience. As the driving force behind innovations within the Global TA Center of Excellence, this leader will spearhead capability development, technology pilots, vendor governance, process design, and AI integration initiatives, elevating hiring standards and solidifying our position as an employer of choice. This dynamic position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across learning design, digital enablement, and large-scale project management. In addition, you will oversee the program management of TA transformations, managing complex global initiatives that modernize technology, enhance compliance, and improve the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Key Responsibilities Enablement & Capability Building: Design and implement comprehensive global TA capability frameworks outlining critical competencies, skills, and learning journeys for recruiters and hiring managers. Lead the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops, and digital resources for recruiters and hiring managers, focusing on skill areas such as structured interviewing, inclusive hiring, candidate journey, and process workflows. Collaborate with TA Center of Excellence peers to instill aligned, principle-based hiring practices worldwide. Develop and maintain resourceful global TA playbooks, guides, and templates to standardize superior execution across various markets. Innovation, Technology & AI Integration: Identify, evaluate, and pilot cutting-edge TA technologies, including CRM platforms and automation solutions. Serve as the lead for optimizing Workday Recruiting and integrating future technologies such as CRM systems, chatbots, and assessments. Partner with HR Operations, IT, and vendors to embed AI and automation into TA processes, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience. Establish success measures, ROI expectations, and scalability considerations for technology pilots before global deployments. Vendor Partnerships & Governance: Manage and nurture global TA vendor relationships across technology, assessments, and employment branding platforms. Set up robust governance frameworks, performance metrics, and service level agreements in collaboration with Procurement, HR Operations, and Legal. Act as the main contact for vendor performance evaluations, contract renewals, and ensuring alignment with changing business needs. Assess and recommend new vendors to foster innovation, value, and consistency across all global operations. Project Management & Continuous Improvement: Oversee a portfolio of global TA transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, stakeholder engagement, and timely execution. Apply structured project management methodologies to enhance processes, promote automation, and facilitate change adoption. Create and manage project documentation including charters, timelines, and stakeholder maps to ensure accountability and transparent reporting to senior leaders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Procurement, and regional TA units for seamless execution and global scalability. Monitor and analyze adoption metrics and translate findings into actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with People Analytics teams to generate insightful dashboards and reports that showcase capability trends and performance metrics over time. Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with Global TA COE leadership, HR Operations, and Shared Services to align the enablement efforts with broader enterprise objectives. Act as a strategic advisor, transforming business priorities into scalable, human-centered TA solutions. Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with IT, HRIS, Procurement, and Legal to guarantee compliance and foster a user-centric design approach. Preferred Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Enablement, or HR Transformation in a global organization. Demonstrated success in managing TA technology pilots, integrating AI solutions, and capability-building projects. Strong background in vendor management and governance strategies across TA platforms. Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and knowledge of CRM platforms and AI-driven engagement tools. Track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-regional initiatives with measurable impacts. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups. Experience with contingent labor processes and associated technologies is a strong plus. Strong strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
