We are excited to invite a Senior Manager to our Commercial Banking Consulting practice, focusing on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending sector. In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement innovative business strategies that drive effective transformations, optimizing processes related to people and technology. As large wholesale lenders invest heavily in modernizing their technologies and operations, you will help develop our lending solutions and lead transformative consulting projects that make a real difference. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, guiding them through critical business challenges. Defining and shaping clients' business and technology strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Envisioning world-class operating models for wholesale credit institutions that address industry demands. Leading engagements for wholesale credit system implementations, overseeing requirements, design, testing, and deployment processes. Managing project components, from securing client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and successful execution. Coordinating efforts with other internal teams to drive project success. Contributing to the development of next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings. Driving business development initiatives to create new client opportunities and expand our portfolio. Establishing yourself as a thought leader within the industry by sharing insights and fostering innovation. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 80%, across the United States and Canada. What You Need to Succeed: A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology or management consulting, with significant expertise in engagement management and business development. At least 7 years in commercial credit, covering sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, and portfolio management roles. Proven leadership in managing large-scale nCino transformation programs. Experience leading comprehensive commercial credit transformations across various operating models, technology, and data/AI initiatives. A robust track record of developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives. A Bachelor's degree is required. Bonus Points For: Experience launching new product offerings in the banking industry. Implementing advanced analytic capabilities in commercial lending processes. Familiarity with additional platforms in commercial lending, such as Moody's or Blooma. An advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification. Expertise in nCino, including relevant certifications. Professional Skills: The ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and foster teamwork.
