Summary: Join Meta as a Compensation Strategy Partner (CSP), where you will play a crucial role in shaping effective compensation strategies that align with our business goals. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments, including Finance, HR, Legal, and Global Affairs. Your primary focus will be to support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in ensuring fair and consistent compensation practices while acting as a strategic adviser in various compensation matters. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management

Forge trust-based relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.

Adapt your communication style to align with the needs of HRBPs.

Empower HRBPs to implement compensation guidance effectively.

Job Architecture

Maintain and update job profiles to reflect current business demands and market standards.

Communicate the importance of job profiles to secure buy-in from stakeholders while maintaining consistency.

Serve as the primary contact for specific job profiles, assisting with market analysis and inquiries.

Proactive Issue Management

Identify potential compensation issues early to prevent escalation to executive leadership.

Manage the narrative around compensation, correcting any discrepancies as needed.

Analyze stakeholder motivations to resolve issues efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in compensation roles, with a strong background in Executive Compensation.

Excellent cross-functional partnership, influencing, and communication skills.

Experience collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders.

Proficiency in analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive projects to completion while navigating competing priorities.

Public Compensation: $187,000/year to $255,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
