What You Will Promote
Core Freight Forwarding Services
International & domestic air freight.
International & domestic ocean freight.
Full Truckload (FTL), Less than Truckload (LTL), cross-docking, distribution services.
Import/export solutions including customs brokerage and compliance advice.
Warehousing & Fulfillment Services
Bonded and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) services.
Storage and inventory management solutions.
Picking, packing, shipping, kitting, and labeling services.
E-commerce fulfillment using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Support for Amazon FBA/FBM operations.
Specialized Services
Expedited and time-sensitive shipments.
White-glove and high-value cargo handling.
Project cargo logistics including heavy-lift and out-of-gauge shipments.

Remote Sales Criteria
Remote roles necessitate a minimum of
$2M+ annual gross profit . Professional Standards Demonstrates integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm. Must currently hold a logistics sales position. Prefer no non-compete agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Sales Skills Consultative selling - ability to assess client needs and craft tailored logistics solutions. Comfort in discussing automation, EDI/API integration, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Proficient in delivering value-driven presentations and framing solutions effectively. Client Relationship Management Proven ability to cultivate loyal client relationships. Can confidently discuss monthly revenue, gross profit, margins, and industry mix without embellishment. Skilled in discussing book performance while ensuring client confidentiality. Prospecting and Sales Tools Defined prospecting strategy (including cold calling, structured follow-ups, and vertical market targeting). Experienced in CRM systems with disciplined follow-up procedures. Strong organization in pipeline management and forecasting. Experience Expectations A minimum of
5+ years
in freight forwarding sales with demonstrable success. Evidence of account portability and retention. Accuracy is crucial; inflated performance claims are not acceptable.
