Job Summary
The Senior Facilitated Enrollment Specialist (SFE) plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and driving successful enrollment outcomes. In collaboration with the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor, the SFE is responsible for meeting and exceeding enrollment targets. This role involves assisting eligible individuals either through phone communication or face-to-face interactions. The SFE also takes an active part in training team members, leading webinars, and collaborating on projects using Marketing Tracker and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Support incoming and outgoing calls to help Facilitators achieve their enrollment goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Lead projects and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in enrollment results.
Perform quality checks on Marketing Tracker and Salesforce and collaborate with the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor to enhance enrollment success.
Manage the monthly calendar for Facilitated Enrollment activities effectively.
Demonstrate exceptional time management skills while managing multiple projects with a focus on both quality and efficiency.
Draft professional and informative communications to clients.
Show a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor daily operations and communicate staff needs with the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor.
Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience and boosting productivity.
Remain well-versed in the regulations and best practices of the MMC, EP, CHP, and QHP programs to assist in training and support.
Propose corrective action plans and conduct quality reviews of policies and procedures.
Complete research tasks assigned by the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor to gather educational resources and best practices.
Engage with consumers at community sites, providing education and assistance with the application process.
Help individuals navigate complex systems by explaining requirements and necessary documentation for applications.
Adhere to the mission and values of Molina Healthcare of NY, consistently demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
Ensure member privacy is maintained in accordance with corporate policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
At least 3 years of experience working with State and Federal Health Insurance programs and populations.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience leading projects, processes, or teams is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation capabilities.
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A positive attitude with adaptability to change.
Knowledge of Managed Care insurance plans.
Ability to engage with diverse populations, including various ethnicities and cultural backgrounds.
Licensure or Certification Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver’s license with no restrictions.
Completion of NYSOH required training and certification.

Pay Range: $19.84 - $46.42 / HOURLY
