The Role Join our dynamic team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRAs) at Fidelity! As a licensed professional, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting Fidelity's valued clients with a wide range of needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and much more! What to Expect As a new CRA, you will delve into the financial services industry, learning and applying new concepts while developing essential skills. Your journey will include three significant milestones: Licensing Preparation In your initial months, you will prepare to obtain your FINRA licenses (SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63), all fully sponsored by Fidelity. This preparation involves paid study time and access to invaluable resources like coaching and workshops. Skill Development Following your licensing, you will handle more complex customer inquiries, connecting with your team and leader to enhance your skills and network. Proficiency As you gain confidence in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center. The Expertise and Skills You Bring A strong commitment to completing the FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams through our premier licensing program. An eagerness for continuous learning and the ability to quickly grasp and retain new information for effective decision-making. A genuine passion for building connections with customers through meaningful, resolution-focused conversations. A capability to navigate various situations and effectively handle diverse emotions while driving towards suitable resolutions. Series 07 - FINRA, Series 63 - FINRA This role typically requires a hybrid work schedule, with associates expected to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) at a Fidelity office.
