What to Expect: As a new CRA, you will engage in three major milestones designed to enhance your growth: Licensing Preparation: In the initial months, prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative! You'll study for and obtain your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, fully sponsored by Fidelity. Enjoy paid study time and invaluable resources like coaching and workshops to support your journey. Skill Development: As you progress, you will handle increasingly complex customer interactions, dedicating time each week to connect with your team and leader, fostering a strong professional network. Proficiency: Gain confidence and expertise in serving our customers and discover new career paths through job shadowing and our dedicated career center. The Expertise and Skills You Bring: A strong commitment to completing the FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams with our industry-leading program. A passion for continuous learning and the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly. Excellent communication skills and a desire to build meaningful customer relationships focused on efficient resolutions. A capability to navigate various emotional situations, driving toward satisfactory outcomes. A proactive attitude towards personal growth, adaptability, and accountability.
