Your Role: As a key contributor to the Commercial Banking Consulting practice, you will focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending sector. The Commercial Credit Adviser will be responsible for designing and implementing changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformations, with an emphasis on personnel and process enhancements. Top wholesale lenders are making robust investments to modernize their business operations and technology, aiming for improved straight-through processing, enhanced client and employee experiences, and reduced ownership costs. Accenture is expanding its practice to support clients in navigating these transformation journeys. In this role, you will focus on advancing our lending offerings and delivering impactful consulting projects. Key Responsibilities: Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model adjustments, and technology implementations. Design innovative experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients. Manage project delivery and craft client deliverables and solutions. Coordinate efforts with various internal teams and resources. Develop next-generation wholesale credit technology solutions. Act as a trusted advisor for C-suite clients, addressing key business challenges. Willingness to travel as required, up to 80%, across the United States and Canada. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technology or management consulting role, showcasing significant engagement management and business development experience. At least 2 years of experience in the commercial credit sector (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management). Demonstrated experience in delivering or consulting on an nCino or Salesforce project for commercial lending. A Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with additional commercial lending platforms, such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built. nCino or Salesforce certification(s). Proficiency in French. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Experience developing next-generation analytics (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending. Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies significantly and is influenced by factors like office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
