Your Role: As a key member of the Commercial Banking Consulting practice, you will focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending sector. The Commercial Credit Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformations, concentrating on tasks related to personnel and processes. Leading wholesale lenders are making significant investments to modernize their business practices and technology, aiming to enhance straight-through processing, improve client and employee experiences, and lower ownership costs. Accenture is expanding our practice to assist clients in navigating their transformation journeys. This role will emphasize developing our lending offerings and delivering impactful consulting projects. Key Responsibilities: Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model modifications, and technology implementations. Design cutting-edge experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients. Manage project delivery and create client deliverables and solutions. Coordinate work with various internal teams and resources. Develop next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings. Act as a trusted advisor for C-suite clients addressing critical business challenges. Travel as required, up to 80%, within the United States and Canada. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology or management consulting role, with significant engagement management and business development exposure. At least 2+ years of experience in the commercial credit sector (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management). Proven experience participating in an nCino or Salesforce project delivery or consulting engagement for commercial lending. A Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with additional commercial lending platforms, such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built. nCino or Salesforce certification(s). French language proficiency. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Experience developing next-generation analytics (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending. Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies significantly, influenced by factors including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
