Large wholesale lenders are heavily investing in modernizing their business and technology frameworks to optimize processes, enhance experiences, and decrease costs. As a Senior Manager, your role will involve supporting the development of our lending offerings and delivering impactful consulting projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor
for C-suite clients tackling critical business challenges. Define business and technology strategies
for clients. Re-imagine operating models
for wholesale credit institutions at world-class standards. Lead implementation engagements
for wholesale credit systems, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Manage project components , from securing client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution. Source and coordinate
work from internal teams. Develop next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings . Drive business development
efforts to identify new client opportunities. Establish yourself
as an industry thought leader. Travel
as needed, up to 80%, within the United States and Canada. What You Need: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology or management consulting, including broad engagement management and business development expertise. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management). Demonstrated leadership in complex, large-scale commercial credit transformations across operating model, technology, and data/AI projects. Strong experience in building relationships with C-suite executives. A Bachelor's degree is required. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience launching new product offerings in the banking sector. Implemented advanced analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending. Familiarity with additional commercial lending industry platforms, such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built. An advanced degree or financial industry certification. Professional Skills: A proven ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration in professional settings. High energy, focus, and adaptability in demanding client situations. Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
