Your Role:
The Senior Manager of Commercial Credit Consulting will play a pivotal role in driving Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending sector. This position will focus on crafting and implementing business change to transform industry-specific, functional, and digital operating models, concentrating on processes and work dynamics.
In light of substantial investments from large wholesale lenders aimed at enhancing efficiency, client experience, and cost-effectiveness, Accenture is enhancing its practice to guide clients through their transformation journeys. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing our lending services and managing consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives addressing critical business challenges.
Define innovative business and technology strategies for clients.
Reimagine optimal operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.
Lead complex system implementation projects, encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Oversee project management tasks, including client engagement, planning, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate resources from various internal teams.
Drive the development of next-generation Wholesale credit technology solutions.
Foster business development efforts to generate new client opportunities.
Enhance your professional reputation by becoming a thought leader in the industry.
Willingness to travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, specializing in technology or management consulting with a solid background in engagement management and business development.
At least 7 years of direct experience in the commercial credit industry, including sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, and portfolio management.
Proven track record of leading large-scale commercial credit transformation initiatives encompassing operating models, technology, and data/AI streams.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite client executives.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience launching innovative product offerings in the banking sector.
Implemented advanced analytical capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending.
Familiarity with relevant commercial lending platforms such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built.
An advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification.
