Your role and responsibilities We're looking for a dedicated and strategy-oriented leader in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead IBM's Global Giving and Volunteerism initiatives. This position will focus on enhancing nonprofit partnerships and driving tangible social impact, while also fostering employee involvement and reinforcing IBM's reputation in CSR. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Growth:

Support the development of IBM's Giving and Volunteerism initiatives, particularly skills-based volunteering that aligns with our technological and business strengths.

Program Execution & Partner Management:

Manage global volunteering initiatives, overseeing external partnerships, grants, and ensuring high engagement levels for both employees and nonprofit partners.

Large-scale Campaign Management:

Direct coordination of global engagement campaigns across the organization.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams, nonprofit partners, and external organizations to maximize program reach and impact.

High Profile Event Oversight:

Ensure our volunteer and giving programs align with employee needs and strengthen business relations, including at key company events.

Employee Engagement & Awareness:

Create strategies and resources to motivate IBMers to engage with volunteer opportunities.

Impact Measurement & Reporting:

Establish metrics to evaluate program success and drive continual improvement.

Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance our approach to CSR and volunteerism.

Team leaders are encouraged to be present in the workplace at least three days a week, based on business needs.

This position reports to the Global Head of Employee Impact and is located in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise Proven track record in executing global Corporate Giving and Volunteerism programs.

Experience in Partnership Development: Success in creating and managing strategic partnerships that achieve impactful social goals.

Program Management Expertise: Ability to manage all facets of program execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met effectively.

Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in setting targets and monitoring performance to achieve measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with diverse internal teams for effective communication and CSR initiative coordination.

Preferred technical and professional experience Familiarity with current CSR trends, particularly in education, employee giving, and volunteerism.

Understanding of AI fundamentals and ethical application in CSR contexts.

Knowledge of AI analytics tools for measuring and optimizing social impact initiatives.

Capability to leverage AI solutions for enhanced community engagement and scalable volunteerism initiatives.
