Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role We are in search of a dynamic Senior Vice President for Enterprise Data Strategy and Architecture. This leadership role is crucial for steering our multi-year finance transformation initiative. You will be tasked with building a cohesive and trusted data foundation that ensures reliable reporting, enhances automation, and informs critical decision-making. Your primary focus will be to serve as the chief architect for our financial and operational data systems. Responsibilities include: Establishing a canonical data model to streamline data flow Redesigning financial structures for improved efficiency Collaborating closely with finance leadership to phase out manual Excel reporting Overseeing governance and quality standards to uphold data integrity Ensuring architectural consistency and leading modernization initiatives across data platforms Candidates should possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise data or architecture leadership, with a strong grasp of financial data and ERP ecosystems. An ideal background includes finance, accounting, or operational data expertise, along with the ability to translate complex technical architecture into tangible business outcomes. Exceptional executive communication and influence skills are necessary. While not required, experience with modern ERP or planning platforms, prior involvement in data governance or master data functions, and familiarity with AI or advanced analytics tools will be viewed favorably.
