The Company is seeking an SVP for Enterprise Data Strategy and Architecture to lead the definition and ownership of its data strategy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the organization's multi-year finance transformation, with a focus on creating a unified, trusted data foundation to support accurate reporting, automation, and decision-making. The successful candidate will be the chief architect for financial and operational data, ensuring reliable information flow across systems and scalable data structures. Key responsibilities include establishing a canonical data model, leading the redesign of financial structures, and partnering with finance leadership to eliminate Excel-driven reporting. The role also involves overseeing governance, quality standards, and architecture consistency, as well as guiding modernization and automation initiatives across data platforms.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' of enterprise data or architecture leadership experience, with a deep understanding of financial data and ERP ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, or operational data domains, and the ability to translate technical architecture into business outcomes.
