Position Overview:
The Sleep Consultant plays a key role in enhancing customer experiences by acting as a trusted sleep advisor and presenting top-tier products. You will utilize digital tools to execute our sales programs while providing an engaging environment that focuses on customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators while embodying company values and initiatives.
Foster lasting customer relationships post-purchase by addressing concerns, sending reminders, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Stay informed about market competition, advertisements, and comparable services offered by rivals.
Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Be prepared to lift, push, or pull weights of 50+ pounds regularly.
