A well-established Commercial Roofing contractor in the South Florida market is seeking a
Sales & Estimating Professional
to lead all bid intake, oversee estimating strategy, and drive growth within the reroof division. With a steady flow of qualified opportunities and an expanding client base, this role requires a seasoned estimator with strong reroof knowledge who can confidently manage proposals, support client relationships, and provide strategic direction as the department grows. The ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, low-pressure environment and brings both accuracy and a sales-minded approach to the team.
What You’ll Do • Manage, review, and qualify all incoming bid invitations for
reroof and service
work • Lead proposal development for commercial
reroofs, repairs, and service scopes • Oversee the estimator’s workload, accuracy, takeoffs, and scope alignment • Conduct scope review meetings and ensure proposals match drawings, specs, and RFIs • Build and strengthen relationships with
property managers, building owners, and facility teams • Attend client meetings, roof walks, leak inspections, and reroof evaluations • Maintain bid logs, pipelines, and documentation within company systems • Provide clean, detailed handoffs to operations for reroof and service projects • Support the growth, organization, and efficiency of the
reroof and service division
as volume increases
What You Bring •
5+ years of commercial roofing experience , with strong reroof estimating and sales exposure •
Proven ability to close reroof and service opportunities
and maintain strong client relationships • Experience managing a
high volume of bids
and identifying which opportunities will convert • Strong Excel and estimating skills with a focus on accuracy, pricing strategy, and value positioning •
Confident meeting with property managers and building owners , conducting roof walks, and presenting proposals • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, scopes, and details to create clear, competitive proposals • Highly organized, proactive communicator, and comfortable working independently •
Track record of driving or supporting $2M+ in annual sales
through reroof and service work
Compensation & Structure Base Salary:
$85,000–$100,000 (DOE) +Commission
