PAY:

$43,000 Base + Incentives (OTE = $65,000-100,000) Purchased Vehicle Gross Incentive -

Percentage of total used net gross profit generated on purchased vehicles (paid monthly) HOURS:

M-F 9am-5pm; *Sometimes our Buyer's meet with a customer on a Saturday. Not every Saturday but as needed.

Source and purchase vehicles through online leads, third-party platforms, and Walser's internal channels Find and pursue new buying opportunities (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms) Build relationships with sellers and guide them through the selling process Contact sellers via phone, text, and email to qualify and negotiate purchases Track, manage, and follow up on leads using a CRM system Schedule and conduct purchase appointments Support trade-in opportunities in partnership with the sales team Complete purchase agreements and ensure proper title documentation Track all vehicle purchases and provide daily activity and acquisition reports Continuously look for new sourcing channels and creative ways to grow inventory Live and model Walser's Core Values in every interaction Walser's Core Values

18+ years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers and sellers Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Quick learner who can retain and apply market and pricing information Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment Motivated by goals, performance, and incentive-based earnings A positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally Physical & Work Environment

Moving around our corporate office, dealership stores, and working on a computer daily Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting Driving vehicles as part of the role Exposure to typical dealership environments (noise, temperature changes, shop areas) Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform hands-on tasks as needed
