Support technicians and monitor workflow
Handle customer calls, updates, and transportation needs

What You Bring
Fluency in
Somali and English
(required) Successfully test out of sales or service training program Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.) Strong customer service mentality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have valid driver's license
