Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and greet clients with professionalism and care Collect client information and schedule appointments Conduct initial client interviews to assess financial eligibility, identify legal concerns, and gather documents for case presentation Provide counsel or brief services where appropriate Share details of recent intakes with the team at CAM Ensure every client interaction is positive and resourceful Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) Customer service or front-desk experience Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring attitude Ability to relate to clients with maturity and sensitivity, particularly from underserved communities High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housing, legal services, or nonprofit support is a plus Pay & Perks:
