USBC is seeking a dedicated, service-minded
Media Relations Associate
to join our tournament team and help tell the story of one of the nation's premier bowling events. This role is part of the media team responsible for chronicling the tournament through news stories on
BOWL.com , capturing photos and video for social media, and celebrating the achievements of competitors.
If you enjoy fast-paced environments, storytelling, and being at the center of live competition moments, this is a fun and rewarding opportunity to be part of the action. Key Responsibilities Capture photos and videos of competitors during key moments such as lead changes, 300 games, and milestone presentations Engage with competitors following achievements to collect required paperwork and information Conduct both traditional and video interviews for publication on
BOWL.com Collect notes and assist with writing achievement stories Prepare paperwork and photos for future milestone recognitions Monitor live scoring and follow competition on the concourse to identify potential highlights Perform other duties as assigned in support of the media team Why You'll Love This Role Be part of a high-profile national tournament Work behind the scenes with athletes and media professionals Gain hands-on experience in sports media, photography, videography, and storytelling Support USBC media coverage during an exciting live event in Reno
