What we need...

COCC is hiring a Graphic Design Specialist to apply their creativity and design passion to our marketing team. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives. Skilled in both digital and print design, this role involves transforming complex ideas into compelling visual content that enhances engagement, supports business goals, and maintains brand consistency across all channels. The Graphic Design Specialist collaborates closely across interdepartmental and leadership teams to create high-quality deliverables such as company/product advertisements, campaign assets, web graphics, infographics, social media content, and presentation materials. This outgoing and professional individual will be in a highly visible position to help further strengthen COCC's sales and marketing support efforts, working among the marketing team.

Assist with the development of marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, printed, and B2B events) Create assets for company advertisements, develop promotional content for external listing services, social media, email campaigns, and websites, with attention to brand consistency Passion for developing presentations that drive understanding and alignment, while ensuring brand consistency for internal and external clients Creatively support departments throughout COCC with marketing campaigns that provide education on COCC, events, and products Conduct interviews with management, executives, and clients for various publications Work cohesively with team in aligning resources, materials, and other appropriate support for marketing needs Create digital and print designs for trade shows, events, communications and annual client conference utilizing Adobe Creative Suite Prepare files for production and printing, ensuring accuracy in resolution, bleed, and formatting Comfortable using project management tools and cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft 365) Manage and coordinate all public-relations activities Update and maintain corporate brand standards Prepare handouts for various events/tradeshows What you'll bring...

Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications. 3-7 years' experience in graphic design marketing A self-starter that enjoys fast-paced, collaborative work environments where thinking out of the box is encouraged Maintain a strong track record of on-time deliveries, while operating with high accountability Solid understanding of digital and print design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography Command of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Strong communication and presentation skills and attention to detail Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and leadership to understand project goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback. Experience in web-design, Microsoft Office products, basic knowledge of HTML beneficial Demonstrated experience using and communicating in social networks Knowledge of digital marketing and graphics Experience in Digital asset management, file structuring & cloud platforms Local candidates are preferred for this role Portfolio link must be included in resume or other uploaded application materials

The salary range for this role is $60,0000 - $80,000 annually
