You'll use your experience and technical knowledge to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. Responsibilities include: Engage customers at the counter, over the phone, and by email to provide expert-level parts support Identify, quote, and sell the correct parts based on customer needs, equipment models, or technical specifications Proactively suggest related products and upsell opportunities to maximize sales potential Check pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping options in real time Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment Partner with other internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations Assist in training or mentoring new team members as needed Maintain a professional, organized, and safe workspace What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in parts sales, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related field Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment or machinery Customer-focused with a sales-first mindset and professional communication skills Comfortable using parts look-up systems, inventory software, and modern business applications Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Additional Helpful Skills: Experience using CAT systems or similar parts platforms Background in heavy equipment, diesel, construction, or industrial parts sales Ability to support team members and lead by example in customer interactions Start your next chapter with Mustang Cat as a Bilingual Parts Counter Sales Representative
