Comfort Advisor Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the process of selecting and purchasing HVAC solutions tailored to their needs. Expectations: Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism. Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and present HVAC solutions. Create detailed proposals and explain financing options. Build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions. Achieve sales goals while upholding company values and integrity. Stay updated on HVAC product knowledge and industry trends. Job Requirements: Must be 24 years or older. Possess a valid driver's license. Clear a background check. Prior sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
