Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to veterans, transitioning military, national guard and reserve members, military spouses, wounded warriors, and their caregivers. Primary Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following customer requirements and company standards. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, regulations, and company policies. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners. Assist with training and mentoring warehouse I personnel as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory issues or process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in warehouse operations.
