Wholesale?
You'll be: Answering incoming customer calls and processing wholesale orders Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to determine the best resolution Accurately documenting customer interactions and tracking call types Owning follow-ups with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and stock availability Handling inbound calls for up to 90% of your assigned shift Performing other duties as assigned This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, confident, and professional speaking voice Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven listening and comprehension abilities Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult customer situations Excellent time management and task-prioritization skills Strong PC skills, including MS Word and Excel Ability to navigate information systems and the internet Additional Details:
