Call Center Representative

The focus of the Call Center Representative at BCS is to provide a "White-Glove" experience for inbound and outbound callers for BCS clients. There is both a component of outbound calling and answering inbound calls/inquiries. The individual selected for this role will spend 8 hours each day on the phone working with BCS customers. This role is critical to client satisfaction and the continued success of BCS. Outbound Efforts Outbound calls and emails to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration. Outbound calls for follow-ups on existing records. Responsible for making roughly 50 phone calls per day on average. Customer Care Answer all inbound phone calls received by the BCS main number. Work with the caller to identify and resolve questions or issues. Handle vendor registrations and troubleshoot payment issues. Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat. What you will need to succeed Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company. Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software. Ability to spend 8 hours of the workday on the phone if needed. Ability to work without significant oversight in a fast-changing environment. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical. Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise, neighborly manner. Possess a professional and helpful attitude with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of Spanish is very helpful. Job Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Comfortability and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone with customers. Required to work in-office 5 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related work experience preferred. What is in it for you $19.50 hourly base pay rate.
