Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers and call management software. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. Benefits
