
Real Estate Office Assistant
This position supports the day-to-day operations of a real estate office by handling administrative, financial, and transaction-related tasks. The role includes processing checks, paying agent commissions, reviewing settlement statements, managing paperwork for real estate transactions, and assisting with basic property management functions. While prior QuickBooks and banking experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, as training will be provided.
