Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plan that integrates social media, email, advertising and content marketing to promote Schaeffler brand.
- Develop engaging, consistent content across channels, utilizing SEO/SEM for visibility, and manage content calendars and workflows for timely delivery.
- Maintain content calendar – planning and managing materials to ensure consistent publication and distribution.
- Monitor social media metrics and report findings.
- Manage campaigns, from running paid ad campaigns to providing ad performance analysis.
- Manage email marketing initiatives from campaign creation to performance tracking.
- Meet local and global key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and create engaging content and templates for digital and offline channels such as websites, social media, intranet, and print.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Willingness to travel is required. (20%).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred
- Experience with Google analytics, Salesforce and Sprinklr is preferred.
