
Digital and Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing plan that integrates social media, email, advertising and content marketing to promote Schaeffler brand. Develop engaging, consistent content across channels, utilizing SEO/SEM for visibility, and manage content calendars and workflows for timely delivery. Maintain content calendar – planning and managing materials to ensure consistent publication and distribution. Monitor social media metrics and report findings. Manage campaigns, from running paid ad campaigns to providing ad performance analysis. Manage email marketing initiatives from campaign creation to performance tracking. Meet local and global key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and create engaging content and templates for digital and offline channels such as websites, social media, intranet, and print. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency. Strong project management skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum two years of experience. Willingness to travel is required. (20%). Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship. Preferred
Experience with Google analytics, Salesforce and Sprinklr is preferred.
