
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce DevOps Engineer
to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure secure, automated, and reliable deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for Salesforce using tools such as
Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Manage
Salesforce source control
using
Git
with branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development) Automate Salesforce deployments using
SFDX, Metadata API, ANT, or Unlocked Packages Support
sandbox management, environment refreshes, and release coordination Implement
version control, code quality checks, and deployment validation Integrate
static code analysis tools
(PMD, SonarQube, CodeScan) Monitor deployment failures and troubleshoot CI/CD issues Enforce
security, compliance, and audit requirements
in deployment processes Collaborate with developers, QA, and release managers for smooth releases Maintain documentation for DevOps processes and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
Salesforce DevOps or Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce DX (SFDX)
and CLI Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps) Proficiency in
Git , branching, merging, and pull-request workflows Solid understanding of
Salesforce metadata types
and deployment limitations Experience with
sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production releases Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
development methodologies Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with
Salesforce DevOps tools
(Copado, Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT) Knowledge of
Apex, LWC, SOQL
(debugging and deployment support) Experience with
test automation
and Salesforce test coverage management Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) for CI/CD hosting Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce DevOps Center (if applicable) Salesforce Administrator
