
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Architecture Lead will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, reimagining business processes, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise process architectures. - Analyze and document current-state business processes. - Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and breakthrough innovation. - Design and implement reengineered, future-state processes. - Evaluate and recommend technology-enabled solutions. - Develop business cases and ROI models for transformation initiatives. - Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously optimize processes. - Ensure future-state designs align with enterprise architecture standards, compliance, and policies. - Act as a change agent and thought leader.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process improvement, or large-scale transformation initiatives. - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working within an ISO/RTO or utility environment. - Hands-on experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN. - Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FERC, NERC, and PUCT. - Understanding of market and operational functions. - Risk management experience.
