Fisher Associates is a multidisciplinary design services firm headquartered in Rochester, NY, with eight locations nationwide. The firm provides civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast engineering and construction engineering services to public and private sector clients across numerous markets.

What You'll Do as a Client Solutions Partner

Identify and pursue new client opportunities

within targeted AEC markets by researching prospects, building a strong pipeline, and expanding relationships through industry events and networking. Win net-new clients

by navigating client organizations, engaging senior decision-makers, and clearly positioning Fisher's value from first conversation through close. Own the full business development cycle,

from prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal development, presentation, and contract award. Develop high-impact pursuit strategies

by partnering with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers to shape compelling, client-focused solutions that improve proposal win rates. Secure meaningful net-new revenue

by focusing on high-value opportunities and expanding Fisher's presence in new or underpenetrated markets. Collaborate with seamless handoff and delivery,

transitioning newly won work to Client Relationship Partners or Client Managers while staying closely aligned with Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction. Track and communicate progress and market insights , maintaining accurate CRM data, monitoring pipeline health, and sharing trends that support smarter growth decisions. Increase overall efficiency across the organization

by reducing the time Project Managers spend on prospecting, allowing them to focus on delivery and client success. Requirements

What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Client Solutions Partner

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with a strong record of winning net-new business Ability to open doors and build relationships at the executive level Strong prospecting mindset with the drive to pursue, advance, and close high-value opportunities Strategic thinker who connects client challenges to Fisher's capabilities and solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Resilient and persistent in competitive, fast-paced, growth-focused environments Collaborative approach, partnering effectively with Client Engagement Partners, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes through sound judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple pursuits and navigate change Curious and improvement-minded, always seeking better ways to serve clients and win work Models' professional standards aligned with Fisher's Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Clientship philosophy Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Why You'll Love Working at Fisher

Salary Range

$125,000-$140,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.

Salary Description

$125,000-$140,000 annual base + commission
