Lead a strategic focus area of the eCommerce portfolio to accelerate long-term profitable eCommerce growth. Define business objectives to achieve long-term growth goals. Understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and key barriers to business growth. Create the end-to-end strategy for how we will address primary barriers and grow the business. Be the champion for the business, ensuring cross-functional alignment, prioritizing outcomes and supporting enablement teams in executing the strategy to deliver intended outcomes. Understand and provide visibility for the rest of the organization into performance and what we must do to optimize and accelerate growth. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Optimize business performance by actively managing daily and weekly KPIs, identifying key performance drivers, and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate growth and ensure timely execution of improvement actions. Share business insights, drive alignment with cross-functional teams on business strategy, set cross-functional priorities and collaborate with teams to execute business strategy to drive growth. Understand customer behavior leveraging customer data and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to create business strategy and ensure our offering meets customer needs and drives long-term customer loyalty Drive business growth by understanding key customer and operational barriers and opportunities and creating the strategy to accelerate growth, acquiring new customers and growing customer loyalty. Serve as the Business lead on strategic initiatives, creating the end-to-end strategy in alignment with broader eCommerce strategy, setting clear cross-functional priorities, and ensuring initiatives deliver maximum ROI. Minimum

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce business management, corporate strategy, or financial analyst role Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-storytelling capabilities Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Proficiency with data tools Strong project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure initiatives deliver maximum impact Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership Desired

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field) Background in environments that rely heavily on customer insights, digital behavior, and cross-functional collaboration Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives About Us
