EM Alliance is recruiting a Program Director to lead a new community-based Emergency Medicine residency program at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, located on Floridas Gulf Coast. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape a residency program from the ground up, including leadership of the ACGME application process, with a targeted July 2027 program start.

Position Requirements

1. Current board certification by the ABEM/AOBEM and specialty expertise
2. Recent PD or Associate PD experience required
3. 3+ years of recent documented educational and/or administrative experience in an accredited ACGME program
4. Demonstrated ability as a leader, educator, and clinician
5. Recent history of scholarly activities/research
6. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
