
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the Asset Management team in overseeing a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets. This role involves assisting with portfolio performance tracking, operational reporting, invoicing, and coordination across internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced clean energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate monthly billing and verify revenue reports in collaboration with third‑party providers.
Support the monthly accounting close process by reconciling outstanding accounts receivable for assigned portfolios.
Learn to monitor, extract, and analyze data from solar system monitoring platforms for internal and external reporting.
Assist in managing relationships with third‑party partners across community solar asset portfolios.
Maintain vegetation management schedules for the asset portfolio.
Review system performance against modeled and weather‑adjusted expectations; prepare operational notes on performance trends and revenue variances.
Compile monthly and quarterly production reports using Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
Support oversight of contractual and stakeholder relationships including off‑takers, vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities.
Help refine and enhance Asset Management procedures and departmental processes.
Uphold strong ethical standards and teamwork‑oriented practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with exposure to or interest in the renewable energy industry.
Valid driver’s license and ability to provide personal transportation when needed.
Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
This role is based in a professional office setting and requires regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.). The position is primarily on‑site and may involve occasional interactions with customers, partners, vendors, and internal leadership.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Prolonged use of computers and reading of detailed printed materials.
