What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Market and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers

Maintain and grow broker relationships to enhance sales and client retention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends

Identify and implement process improvements to boost product sales

Achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain through continuing education

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

Minimum of two years of group insurance sales experience or relevant work experience

Knowledge of industry products and processes including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products

Strong collaborative skills to build rapport in various settings

Ability to exercise sound judgment and accountability in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in online enrollment and dental network analysis processes

Proven track record of exceeding sales production expectations

Experience with complex absence products
