What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Market and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers

Develop and maintain broker relationships to drive business growth and client retention

Achieve personal sales production expectations through effective sales strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands

Act as a market leader, sharing insights and maintaining community relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience

Minimum of two years of group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience and education

Knowledge of relevant industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products

Ability to build rapport effectively in person and virtually as a collaborative team player

Must achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education
