Responsibilities
Market and sell the employer's entire Group Benefits portfolio to designated brokers
Develop and maintain broker relationships to drive sales and client retention
Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations through strategic planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
Act as a market leader and advocate for process improvements to increase sales
Qualifications
A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 6 years of group insurance sales experience or related experience
Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite and complex absence products
Ability to obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online enrollment and dental network analysis processes
Proven ability to build rapport in both in-person and virtual settings
Demonstrated proactivity and accountability in delivering commitments
Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
