Commercial Insurance Senior Account Manager
to join a team at an independent insurance agency. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring a dedicated professional with a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts. The successful candidate will oversee a robust book of business, supported by a full-time assistant, and will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships.
Compensation Package
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + End-of-Year Bonus Potential, Commission, and performance bonuses

Responsibilities
Manage a generalist commercial lines book of business, with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts.
Handle daily account management tasks, including adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and light certificate work.
Review and check policies for accuracy and compliance.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with a full-time assistant to ensure efficient and effective account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial insurance account management.
Proficiency in AMS360 software.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proven track record of successfully managing a book of business, ideally with accounts generating approximately $1 million in revenue.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
