Qualifications
Valid real estate license (Agent or Broker) in the corresponding state
Expertise in client relationship management, communication, and consultation
Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and real estate regulations
Proficiency with technology and real estate platforms; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus
Experience in contract negotiation, market analysis, and sales strategies
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Collaborative spirit, team-focused mindset, and entrepreneurial attitude
Previous real estate sales or broker experience is highly advantageous
